General
Yes! We know a lot of our residents are coming to the area specifically as a result of NRMP Residency Match, the third week of March each year. We welcome your application if you are interested in renting a Columbus apartment for residency. Maintenance
Each Suite is inspected by our maintenance department before professional painted and cleaned. The carpet in each suite will be evalutated after a full clean, to assest replacement if needed.
When filling out your maintenance request through your account portal, you can choose if you would prefer to be present or not during the maintenance visit.
Yes, we have a full maintenance staff present during the weekdays and an emergency maintenance team set up for after hours and weekends!
To request maintenace assistance, you will be able to submit any request through your account portal.
Our community has an on-site resident manager to assist with After Hours emergencies, including getting locked out of your suite.
Amenities
Parking is available at our community in a couple different options: Open Surface Lot, Reserved Parking Spot and Single Car Garage.
Our commnity will offer a wide variety of amenities which includes a Movie Theater, Heated Pool with Grill Patio and Sun Deck, 24/7 Fitness Studio, Rock Climbing Wall, Starbucks Coffee Bar, Business Center, Billards Room, Dog Park and Onsite Courtyards!
The Pool and Sun Deck are open daily from 10am to 10pm Year Round.
Our community is pet friendly to Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and Fish. There will be restricted breeds and sizes for the dogs, please check prior to move in.
Within your suite at our community it will include a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and laundry units.
At this moment, we do not offer furnsihed apartments but will at times have the models to reserve.
Admin
After an application is submitted, it can take up to 48 hours for approval. Although, if the office receives the required documents from you when the application is submitted; the application can be processed the same day!
Our RentCafe portal makes rent payments easy! Payments are accepted online only and can be paid with a Credit Card, Debit Card, or ACH.
You are required to carry Renter's Insurance with a minimal $100,000 Liability. You have the option to get this on your own or opt into Renters Legal Liability coverage added to your rent monthly, $14.95.
Taylor House is cable/internet ready through ATT Uverse! You will be able to contact them to set up your service prior to your move in!
Your lease will have a Lease Buyout Clause. We can go over the details if this comes up! There are also a few options in the case they wouldn't work for you!
The Property Manager will take care of setting up your Water and Electric Services! You will just need to end the services at your current place when you move!
You will only be responsible for Electric and Water. Our community is all electric, so no gas!
Location
There is a COTA bus stop right in front of our community.
We are located within the Columbus School District.
Directions
Enter from the Olentangy River Rd. entrance, and park in the "Future Resident Parking" spots. Come through the sliding glass doors and we will be waiting at the front desk to greet you! If we are away from the desk, feel free to grab a water or cup of coffee while you wait!
